IMPORTANT -  Updates to Control Centre

We just wanted to let you know we will soon be giving you a chance to evaluate some changes to your Control Centre.

We have been listening to customer feedback and have made a number of improvements to make it easier to navigate, find what you want and make changes when you need.

We won?t be changing over straight away but will give you the opportunity to work with the new system before we change over completely.

Do please take advantage of the time to get used to the updated site now as we will be replacing the existing version with the new look in the next few weeks.

We will be rolling out the updates in a number of stages and are here to help you with any queries you may have.

We will email you closer to the day to let you know exactly what's changing, including updated documentation and training.

We recently let you know we were making some enhancements to Control Centre.

We’ve now finished our testing and are ready to set the changes live. From today, you’ll have the option to choose between using the current Control Centre and the new look and feel. Both are live, so be careful with any changes you make!

Good morning,

There is still time to provide your feedback on the new look and feel of the cloudBuy Control Centre. To see the changes you can click the "Your new Control Centre is now in Beta! Click here to access" once you are logged into the Control Centre.

Documentation is being updated for customers and the main user guide can be found here:

The GO LIVE for the change over will happen over the weekend of Sunday 17th May 2015.

Important Information about the new Control Centre launch

Hi there,

As you know, we were planning to release the new look and feel of Control Centre this weekend.

However, we've had really useful feedback which we think is important to include in the initial release and so we’re going to delay it until we’ve implemented and tested the feedback.

As soon as we know the time frame, we’ll let you know but it will be at least two to three weeks.

In the meantime, you can still use either version of Control Centre as you prefer.

The team have now finished reviewing and testing the feedback received and we are now pleased to confirm the Go Live date of the new look and feel for Control Centre for the weekend of 4th July 2015.

Suppliers can access the Control Centre by logging in at http://cloudsell.com and then after logging in selecting the 'Click Here' on "Your new Control Centre is now in Beta! Click here to access"

The changes to the Control Centre have now gone live!

If you notice any issues please let the support team know. If you could provide as much of the following information as possible this will help with the diagnosis and then resolution to support@cloudbuy.com:

• Your Username (used to login to the system)
• The exact text of any error message
• References such as Message ID or Purchase Order Number
• Expected behaviour
• Actual behaviour
• Page/URL
• Browser and version being used
• Screenshots (if possible) of the failure process
