How To Access Your Domain Name DNS

For you to be able to have full control of the DNS records, you will need to add the DNS configuration package.
This is available via your domain control panel and you will just need to place a £0 order to get access.

To update your DNS records:

1) Login to your account page, please go to the UK PLC website http://www.uk-plc.net). There will be a green customer login tab at the top screen
2) Select 'Login' on a Control Centre login and enter your username and password.
3) Click on "LOGIN" it will take you into the Control Centre.
4. In the Control Centre, under the "Eservices" section, click on the "My Domain Names" link.
5) In the Domain Name Director Page, click on the button called "Configure DNS" and "Add To Basket"
6) Once through the checkout, select "Next Steps" and return to "Configure DNS". On the next page, "Refresh from the Database" if you currently have cloudBuy services or "Load From Template" if you not, before adding your records.
7) Click the Delete Row button to the right of the current DNS record to remove it.
8) Click the Add Row button to replace the record with the new details.
9) Click on the "Save Changes" button.
10) The change will update within 30 minutes.
